Our team are primarily business owners and managers who, having worked in and on businesses throughout their lives, bring a sense of drive and realism to working with you to help you to achieve your business vision.

Our programme is a simple model, helping you to:

Develop your business vision
Identify the broad business strategy to achieve your vision
Building ACTION BASED financial plans, marketing plans and operational plans (as appropriate)
Identify the time, cost and resources required to deliver the plans
Working regularly with you as business coach and business mentor to achieve the plans
We will, when appropriate, offer hands-on help in specific areas or facilitation to introduce external assistance required for the delivery of your plans

Our whole focus is to help you to achieve the business future you want.

Modular Approach

As a business develops, its vision of the future will change over time. The barriers holding you up and the drivers pushing you forward will change.

Our approach is not to offer a "one size fits all" model, rather it is to work with you (the directors, senior managers or owners) to look at what you want to achieve, what needs to change in order to achieve it, and how we can help you facilitate and achieve those required changes.

Mentoring: To help the teams or individuals achieve their longer term goals and visions
